in 1983 with the investigation of crude oil pipeline spills in Northwestern and South central
Oklahoma and continuing today with industrial clients' Voluntary Cleanups, he has provided clients
with field investigations, consulting and opinion, through courtroom or government hearing room
testimony in support of their positions.
